Today to 's Hertogenbosch for diner. Nice all these road works on the A2 motorway ... but made it in time though. We had to wait long for this appointment with Suzan but it was worth it. De Dirigent is a narrow long restaurant were you can eat a la carte or just make your selection from the tapas menu. Reasonable prices and the food is good. The name of the restaurant compared to the menu they serve is rather strange though.
Bit quiet (Suzan they didn't understand your joke in the beginning
) but perfect for getting all the gossip up to date.
The aliolo and the calamaris were perfect. For the real spanish people :

Tortilla Champignon ajillo
Calamaris Emp. de carne Lomito
Tarta vanilla en chocolate
