I know been here a few times before, but let's face it, it's so good ....

I always go for the small 'amuse' like dishes un till I'm full :-) The variety, diversity, freshness, every time something else get's me back at this address.

It's fresh and slightly marinated with a soy sauce and a spicy nut on top

Very soft meat covered in a crunchy 'skin' that's covered in soft 'skin'

3 different kind of Dim Sums all filled with a different shrimp filling (steamed)

Mini Hamburger Bacon
The well known soft dough with a delicious piece of bacon

Pane cake Duck
Can't leave without it .... Peking Duck with cucumber, leak and soy sauce
