A Spanish Ham made of pigs. The ham should at least been dried for 9 months. Since we had one left over I thought that's a good idea .. :-) Unfortunately the ham is already almost gone ... so it will be one of his last two weeks and than it's finished. It's a real treat ! Come and try it ...

It's a fact, last week (21/1 - 25/1 - 2008), they finished the walls of the first floor. And immediately made the preparation for the ceiling. It's getting somewhere. Wonder where they end end of this week.

The first floor is not yet dried out (and of course the next bill is in the mail) and started with the walls.

Preparing for the 'concrete waffle construction' to poor it in, I'll have walls this week for the 1st floor ... :-)

Last week started again working on the house. The roof is ready for the concrete and I do have already a back wall so depending the weather it's looking good so far ...
