The beginning of a short trip to the Alsace. Visiting this beautiful place and of course Domaine Hugel. And the evening started very well with a special bottle of Hugel next to the bed. This evening we had the 'menu Alsacien' in other words - Choucroute avec garniture.
How simpely wonderful life can be ... :-)
